Unstable fulcrum

Tension and pressure are essential.
They are critical for breaking boundaries and bridging gaps—cultural gaps, physical gaps, real borders, and even those we place on ourselves, or worse, the fictitious ones imposed on us by others.

This tension exists both in a static form and as a dynamic force—like a living, evolving organism. Just as a suspension bridge needs its towers to hold it taut, and a muscle must be anchored by its insertion points, so too do the center and the periphery need one another. Without a center—there is no periphery. Without the periphery—what even is the center?

Good or bad is not the question. Within a framework that does not judge the state but seeks only to explore its nature, the tension between core and edge becomes the focus—the dynamic of “together and apart.”

Through movement that clashes and softens, an emotional dialogue unfolds between the parts, until a more complete connection emerges.
The work moves between fragmentation and repair, revealing how, precisely when the inner center finds stability, the true possibility opens up: to observe, to contain, and to truly touch the other.
