Avidan Ben Giat was born and raised in Jerusalem, in 1990.
A graduate of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance High School and the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem. Between 2008-2010 he joined the Batsheva Dance Company Ensemble where he performed the repertoire of Ohad Naharin & Sharon Eyal.
Between 2011-2014 he joined the Inbal Pinto & Avshalom Pollak Dance Company. In 2011 worked with Ido Batash on a solo piece called “Bread and circuses, blood”.
Today Avidan works as a freelance dancer on several productions by Andrea Costanzo Martini – “A4”- premiere 2020, “”Scarabeo, Angles and the Void””, and the collaboration with Ari Folman “The constant mourner”. He dance also in “the Jewish Connection Project” by Ido Batash and Lisi Estarat, and “Q&A (the 36 questions)” by Rachel Erdos. Last December, presented his latest piece ‘School for the Blind’ at the ‘Jerusalem International Dance week 2019’. Yair Peretz Davidi, illustrator and multidisciplinary graphic designer, lives in Tel Aviv, Israel. Graduated from the Visual Communication Department at Bezalel.
