Lois Brown (St. John’, Newfoundland) has received numerous recognitions including The Victor Martyn Lynch-Staunton Award from the Canada Council for outstanding achievement in theatre and induction into the Dance Collections Danse Hall of Fame in Toronto. Her current interests include disability arts, improvisation and islandness.
