With a background in communications and a Master’s degree in marketing, Charlotte has been involved in the Montreal arts community within administrative and general management positions for over 20 years. Whether it’s theater, visual arts, music or dance, her priorities remain the same: curiosity, creativity and commitment to the milieu.

In addition to her role as director of Montréal Danse, Charlotte also works as an outside eye in visual arts and theater. She is a founding member of Kollektiff, a group of artists working mainly in the field of urban intervention
