Edouard Hue has experience with choreographic extremes, working with Hofesh Shechter Company, Damien Jalet, Olivier Dubois and swiftly developing his own unique style, mixing masterful virtuosity and playful spontaneity. He received the Swiss Dance Prize “Exceptional Dancer” in 2019.

Beaver Dam Company / Edouard Hue currently has six pieces (solo, duos and group pieces) that tour worldwide. He is artist in residence at ‘L’Auditorium Seynod – Regional Stage’ since 2016.

Over the last several years he has been invited to set his work on other dance companies. ‘Thus Into Outside’ was staged on the ‘Frontier Danceland Company’ (Singapour) as well as the ‘Ecole de Danse Contemporaine’ of Montreal. He is also asked to create new works for companies and schools of high renown. Such was the case for ‘Requiem’ by Yoann Bourgeois, ‘No Matter’ at ‘Gauthier Dance Company’ (Germany), the superior European school ‘Sead’ (Austria) and soon with the ‘Basel Ballet’ (Switzerland) during February 2022.
