Dancers, choreographers, artists and teachers, we invite you to our new studio in downtown Jerusalem. Our new home is in Alliance House – A home for creative communities of ‘New-Spirit’.
We are excited and pleased to share our studio with anyone who needs a creative space that is both nourishing and pleasant . Our studio size is 60 square meters of standard dance floor covered in black linoleum. It has an advanced sound system, air-conditioning, large windows with a views of Jerusalem’s hills, a kitchen with everything you need, and a lot of good vibe. It is a wonderful space to work, organize workshops, studio performances, photo shootings or whatever you wanted to try and never had the space to do it in.
Alliance House lodges other groups of artists from various disciplines, musicians, filmmakers and other artists. Your next collaboration is waiting around the corner …
All of these good stuff cost a standard fee of 100 NIS for an entrance. We do not count hours, just want to know when you want to enter and when you are planning to leave.

The Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice developing strength, flexibility and statu, alongside to raising awareness to your anatomy: skeleton and muscles and stabilizing interior heat through awareness to your inner space and organ, it enhances concentration and awareness through deepening asanas (postures) and breathing exercises integrating the conscious breathing movement. The practice allows and encourages your daily familiarity with creating an attentive life, improving physical abilities, strength and flexibility.

Tom Lev Dekel
Integration between movement and breathings. This is a dynamic yoga practice designed to work on one’s flexibility, muscles elongation and strengthening the body. This workout connects you to your inner self using slow movement, attentiveness and attention to breathing and relaxation.
